William Harris, 70 of River Street, Mattapan, was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Holly Klopski, 54, of Whiting Street, was arrested on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender at 12:56 a.m. Wednesday.

Victor Martinez Castaneda, 42, of Ocean Street, was arrested on the charge of trespass, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Acacio Pinto, 58, of Squanto Road, Peabody, was arrested on the charge of trafficking Class B: 36+ grams at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday.

Yeferson Vallecilla Cambar, 21, of Euclid Avenue was arrested on the charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday.

Jenaya Wigfall, 34, of Woodland North, was arrested on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Arrests

Jonathan Pereira, 31, of Littles Lane, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of drugs, no inspection sticker, window obstruction/non-transparent, and open container of marijuana in a motor vehicle at 9:03 p.m. Tuesday.

Renan Jakson DeOliveira, 25, of Tracey Street, and a juvenile were arrested on the charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and mayhem at 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Summons

Scott Hyde, 43, of Hazel Street, Salem, will be summonsed on the charges of shoplifting by asportation and assault and battery after a report of shoplifting at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday at 210M Andover Street.

Motor Vehicle

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday on Elm Street. Investigated.

SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle collision with non-fatal injuries at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday at Walnut Street and Stillings Road; at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday at Boston Market, 168 Broadway — three people were taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital; 

Disturbances

A 911 call for an irate customer wearing a backpack and a tan jacket at 11:35 a.m. Tuesday at U-Haul Co. of Boston, 66 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported peace was restored. 

A 911 caller reported an issue with staff at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at Bridgewell, 17 Seagirt Ave. Dispatched officers spoke to staff and the reporting party. Peace was restored. 

A walk-in reported a verbal altercation with the gas station clerk at 2:27 p.m. at Polo Gas, 50 Hamilton St. 

Suspicious

A report of a motor vehicle with a smashed-out back window at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday at Saugus Middle/High School, 1 Pearce Memorial Drive. Officers identified the registered owner of the vehicle, a 2017 Nissan Rogue with the current status “revo/insc,” and said she was in “good spirits.” The vehicle’s plates were confiscated. 

A caller reported a vehicle parked in the middle of the road unoccupied for 30-45 minutes at 4:29 a.m. Wednesday at 33 Newcomb Ave. A dispatched officer reported getting a hold of the registered owner who believes someone may have taken the vehicle from her driveway. The officer noted nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Theft

A caller reported items taken from a mailbox at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday at Essex Landing, 40 Collins Ave.
